I have tried a number of supplements and health products to deal with my anxiety but I can honestly say these gummies are by far the most effective thing so far. After a few days my brain calmed like never before and my sleep was also much better and I could stay asleep for the whole night which is a rarity for me. I don't know whether its placebo or this is real, but I've never felt so good as I've felt on these gummies. Mind you, I had taken ashwagandha in a capsule form before and it didn’t do too much, but when I took this, after about 40 minutes to an hour, my mind chatter was gone. I could enjoy the silence and had a weirdly good control on my thoughts and mind. It was like having mental clarity for the first time. My stress, anxious ruminations, all had their volume turned down significantly.
