30-day money-back guarantee policy
If you order your first box with us and decide that the product isn't right for you, we will offer you a full refund within the first 30 days after you have made the initial purchase. Please note our refund policy does not cover any shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Receiving your refund
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please get in touch with us if more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund.
